And before we start debating how many Heismans the guy is going to win, we should remember another heavily hyped QB from a dominant program out West who never lost in high school.
John Elway?

Austin Moherman, obviously.John Elway?
He can be great. I would not classify it that way now.I have a major disagreement here. Only good? That seems low to me. Would love to hear what you think is keeping that from being a higher rating. From spring ball through this past season I saw a whole lot of NFL throws.
The one thing with Haskins I'll give him is that he understands when to put some air on his throws. Not everything is a fast ball like Cardale and when you throw the deep that's exactly what you need.He can be great. I would not classify it that way now.
It's not a bad rating whatsoever. Take away his arm strength and I don't think he's an elite passer yet.
Same with Cardale. Consistency is the biggest thing for him but he has yet to have any first team reps and the veteran in front of him needed a ton of passing reps .
I'd think it would be premature to rate anyone who has 57 career attempts - nearly half of which came in clear-the-benches-time against UNLV - an "elite passer". What we've seen so far has looked good, but I don't think we've seen enough to feel too certain of anything. He can be great. I would not classify it that way now.

Very true. Dwayne looks a lot better early on. They have similar skill sets but Dwayne is a much better leader and student of the game as well. The one thing with Haskins I'll give him is that he understands when to put some air on his throws. Can't wait to see Haskins with full ownership (or Tate for that matter)
The talk of Tate getting on the field at other positions seems to indicate the coaches are pretty committed to Haskins and are working to keep Tate engaged and happy so he doesn’t transfer.Martell's feet are electric, his arm is solid, his passing is solid, his size is bad.
Burrow's feet are good, his arm is good, his passing is good, his size is solid.
Dwayne's feet are weak, his arm is strong, his passing is good, his size is strong.
The feet rating is as a pure runner. Dwayne is solid as a scrambler but weak as a designed runner, much like Cardale (right down to the size)
Haskins already has the spot nearly locked up and Joe's transfer seems inevitable (especially as he'll graduate this year). Haskins also provides the only way to evolve schematically. If Urban has Burrow & Martell (with no Haskins) they can continue to clutch to the QB keeper security blanket.
Haskins also provides a better scheme for Baldwin to grow into. I happen to love Tate, just talking about fit for the QB room.
Does Bauserman have any eligibility?
That was some shit!Remember when Fickell and Bollman CHOSE him over Braxton Miller? Fire Fickell and Bollman.
