Who else is going to be glued to ABC tonight? (Lost)

I'm not a regular watcher but when flipping through the channels last night, the main character, Jack (?) has the same short haircut as he did when the show started. The island must a have a killer barbershop to not have your hair start growing long.

Well they have shown kate giving sawyer a haircut. So I would say it is safe to assume that everyone is getting regular haircuts.

...and a beard trim?

Probally. They do have all the "comforts" of home in that hatch basiclly.

The only thing they don't have is a tv.

Hell I think the reason they say on the tape for them not to use the computer for anything other than putting in the number is that they were afraid that they would get on buckeyeplanet and not get anything else done :)

It's still only been 50 days since they crashed. They're still a few years away from looking like this:

Sawyer said something like, "That's the son of a bitch that shot me." I took it to mean that he was the one from the boat that kidnapped Walt from the raft at the end of last season. As far as Sawyer calling him Zeke, I didn't think of it as he actually knows who he is but he always calls people by another name. He calls Kate freckles and I heard him call Locke Mr Clean and another name.

This is exactly right... 'Zeke' was the man who shot Sawyer on the raft.

I agree that the backstory last night was weak...but then again, Jack is an extremely boring character. I don't know how he became the most central character in the show.

I imagine the idea of going to war will divide the survivors' camp, so things on the island should start getting more action-oriented. I don't know if this is a good thing or not, as the island is the most interesting character in the show, not the people who crashed on it.

Jack acts like he's king of the island.

I liked it when Zeke said "light 'em up" after Jack questioned how many people Zeke had around.

But I don't think a battle for the island between the 2 groups will be that interesting.

I tend to agree. I think what will be interesting will be the in fighting as far as if they should go to battle.

You have to wonder where walt and michael are. Maybe they joined the others?

I'm not normally one to openly criticize this show, but I was really disappointed in last night's episode. It may be that they will come back to this show to start another plot twist and if so I'll admit I'm wrong, but standing on its own last night's show was very mediocre.
