Makes sense and should save companies money in the end. they wont have to give you a charger with each new phone, and if it breaks I'm sure they will be more than happy to see you a new one :)

the wife really wanted a blackberry for awhile now. She is doing some traveling this summer and we dont have a laptop so she wanted something to make it easier to keep up on emails and the such. Anyway our 2 year contract was up with verizon so we got her the curve, and they were doing buy one get one free so I ended up with one also. Add in the mail in rebate and the 2 blackberry curves cost us 13 dollars.

Pearl, tried fixes, updates, new versions, keeping memory clear, getting external card, still always loses my call logs (including occasionally giving me a blank list when I look at missed calls). Verizon admitted to the problem but will not give me another model despite this problem surfacing immediately after getting it 1.5 years ago.

I'm really hoping the Android G2 comes to VZW.
