do you have a sweet cool phone, or just one that you open and push buttons on.

i've always been a gadget geek and i'm obsessed with new technology and toys.

I carry a blackberry but i would love to have an enV or something like that. My wife is the total opposite, she couldn't care less about technology and only wants a phone to push buttons and call people.

This phone is unbelievable! Signal strength is tremendous. Very customizable. I receive my emails (work and personal).

Plus it syncs with my Mac and that is always nice.

What carrier are you with? The reason why I ask, we have some customers on Cingular's old network up here (TDMA - If you have a Nokia 5165, which is what I assume you have, is the network you are using), and that network is being turned off in central Ohio sometime this spring.

You may want to ask your carrier if there are any plans like this in your area.

Wife and I have had RAZR V3s for a year. She is friends with a Cingular rep, so we got a deal back when the phones were still $200+ and were Cingular exclusives. Before getting the RAZR I had a Motorola Timeport through Sprint for six years.

Got a Verizon RAZR V3C. I use it for a phone so I don't need all the bells and whistles that others like. But that's just me.

I did get a cool looking Ohio State skin for the outside of it though. Looks a hell of a lot better now.
