What is your exercise routine?

I'll be joining the local rec center this week, hopefully. I'll probably do a lot of riding the sit-down bike, and swimming for cardio. Running a lot is hard on my old beat up knees. I play in a bball league on Monday nights. This summer I went on a lot of bike rides. I'll probably lift a little to strengthen up my shoulders since they are both bad. I still have decent muscle mass from football so I just need to focus on losing weight.

I also do a lot of Buck Nasty's workout.

I was running 3 miles on the treadmill three times a week before the holidays. I will resume that when I get over this nasty cold. Some coworkers and I just put together a team for the MIT Fitness Challenge, so that will be extra incentive to keep up the workout routine.

Well all this swimming, running and lifting I've been doing has been killing me. Today I lifted twice(Half hour sessions), ran about 2 miles, then swam about 750 meters in the pool.

I'll be happy tommorow when I have a swim meet and I don't have to swim as much. I only swim the 50 Free, 200 Free Relay(4 swimmers-50 meters each) and maybe the 400 Free Relay(4 swimmers-100 meters each).
