Smith403 beat me to it, but I intend to watch my tapes of the 95 - 96 games again while sipping on some Jamesons.

Someone asked about why ALL Catholics root for ND in a long ago thread. I wish to reiterate that MANY Catholics root against ND including moi.

What circumstances would cause you to root for Notre Dame:

1. If they played USC?
2. If they played the NY Yankees?
3. If they played the Dallas Cowboys
4. If they played Saudi Arabia U.?
5. If they played the Buchenwald Deathkamp Guards?

Number five has me going back and forth, but I'd root against them in all the other cases.

Haven't done it yet... but my boss is an ND grad... so I'm thinking about capping him pinning it on this annoying kid who sits next to me (who likes ND because he's an ass kiss) and taking his job.. and a nice raise.

even if ND lined up against Osama Bin Laden about the best I could do is cheer for multiple injuries on both sides...

cheering for ND will happen in my life about the same time the Vietnam Vets make Jane Fonda their President for Life....

I discovered the missing final pages from the Book of Genesis.

On The First Day of Creation, using the power of His Spirit, GOD brought light back to the surface of the earth.

On the second day of creation GOD formed the atmosphere we breathe and the clean blue sky with white clouds that grace the sky above us.

On the third day of creation GOD changed the shape of the earth's surface.

On the fourth day of creation GOD CLEANED THE ATMOSPHERE so that the earth had a clear view of the sun, moon and stars.

On the fifth day of creation the EARTH was now ready for living creatures.

On the sixth day of creation GOD had placed creatures in the waters and birds in the sky.

On the Seventh day of creation GOD rested from His labor.

On the newly discovered Eighth Day of Creation...
GOD created Wisky, Leprechans and Notre Dame Football because He wanted something whimsical to laugh at.

And on the Ninth day, realizing that He had created a celestial imbalance, GOD created Ohio State to strike fear in the heart of Notre Dame and to teach it a lesson in humility and everlasting servitude.


All I have to say is consider the source...
