What are you currently watching on TV?

I've never seen a single episode, but if I hear one more person say "Downt'n Abbey, I'm gonna smack their mouth bloody.

I never saw an episode of it until its third season, but I had seen ads/pictures with the title in it for years, and my mind always inserted an extra W in the title. I was shocked when I realized it wasn't actually called Downtown Abbey.

The first couple of seasons were some of the most gorgeously produced TV I've ever seen, but it's really turned into a soap opera since. Dame Maggie Smith (aka Professor MacGonagall ) is hilarious though.

Yeah. I always thought the pronunciation was just pretentiousness from people who never shut the fuck up about Doctor Who and probably helped resurrect the Keep Calm poster.

Couldn't decide if I should post this in Weather, Pet Peeves, or here. It's a little of each. I HATE what The Weather Channel has become. It is especially a bitter pill as I am something of a weather nut, and used to watch it a lot. Going back to the point they started stuffing Al Roker down their viewer's throats (can't stand any of the Today show crew), TWC has now deteriorated into a second-rate reality TV channel. Was therefore delighted (and cautiously optimistic) to see they are going to get some serious competition: A new channel from AccuWeather, which apparently plans to operate based on the innovative concept of actually reporting The Weather.

What the fuck was that? Put this one on my list of underwhelming series finales. I don't mind how they ended it, but I was hoping for more. Pretty much every move was predicable.
