Week 0 Games Discussion

Hitting the pylon is inbounds.
Here’s the rule.

NCAA.collegefootball rules
Rule 4 / Ball in Play, dead ball, out oF bounds
SECTION 2. Out of Bounds
Player Out of Bounds
ARTICLE 1. a. A player is out of bounds when any part of his person touches anything, other than another player or game official, on or outside a boundary line (Rule 2-27-15) (A.R. 4-2-1-I and II).
b. An out-of-bounds player who becomes airborne remains out of bounds
until he touches the ground in bounds without simultaneously being out
of bounds.
c. A player who touches a pylon is out of bounds.

The ball hitting the pylon is not the same as the player hitting the pylon.

Corn didn't realize how good they had it with Pelini. The Tom Osborne days are never going to return no matter how many coaches they hire.

It's a different world now and they're still located in Nebraska. Recruits don't care how great they were in the 90s.

Bench Martinez. Who does Nebraska hire as their next head coach? The Scott Frost experiment has obviously failed. If I were a Nebraska fan then I wouldn’t be thrilled about the prospect of Trev Alberts making that decision.

What a clusterfuck.

What a clusterfuck.

Matt Campbell will be looking for a landing spot if Iowa St is reduced to Group of 5 status.
