Good football coach, been at Utah since 1994 and HC since 2005, only won 1 conference championship (2008 Mountain West), and may never win a PAC-12 Championship (did get in and lose 3 PAC-12 Championship Games, i.e. 2015, 2018 & 2019); however, seems to be very happy at Utah. There are a lot of coaches that don't know how good they have it at a school, move up to a National Championship "contender" school, and bomb out; Whittingham doesn't appear to be one of those guys.
