USFL / XFL (merged official thread)

Receiver slips on an out route and it's a pick six for DC.

Pep needs to stop with the Tyree Jackson BS on conversions. The only successful one they've had was with Cardale on the field.

Interesting in that it appears, although I'm not sure about this, that you're committed to the level of XP try that you originally chose if there's a defensive penalty on the first attempt. It would be interesting, and probably lead to some hilarious bad beats, if a team could go for 1, accept a penalty and then try for 2 from the 2.5 yard line or 3 from the 5.

Seattle took 3 points off the board and ended up with nothing. A 9 point deficit would've been a one-score game in this league.

Still not sure it was the wrong call. The odds on the ten yard 3 point conversion can't be that good. Decision fucked the hell out of bettors on the over (50.5) and Seattle +9.5 though.

EDIT: Of course, if you're betting on this you should probably shoot yourself anyway ...

Just tuned in for a my first viewing. The way I see it, the problem with these leagues is and will be QB play. Sorry but I’m not going to watch Aaron Murray and Matt McGloin struggle to move an offense long term.

DC Buckeyes may be worth a watch. And it is football, of some kind. But I don’t know.
