the ONLY part that irks me is when people try to defend the players. !?! what? when did they become the victims? shesh. only after someone is proven innocent or mistaken identity or something..... in this serious case...I'm apt to wait it out and see what is going on. RAPE is not the least bit funny. I don't have a daughter... but if I do .... I'd cut some dudes scrotum off with a rusty jagged razor blade and then feed them to him..... sick mo fo's out there in the world doing stuff like that to helpless women. sick.

It's all good Stocks. I'm not saying that you can't do a bit of trash talking now and again, it's just hard to find anything to say about this ... other than it's terrible. I don't know how much would "break loose" over here as there are only a handful of USC posters. But you're right about Ozone & BNuts.

I certainly don't feel any sympathy toward any of the players who are (allegedly) involved in this. We'll just have to hold off on judgement until the facts are known. Obviously, anyone guilty of such a crime should be imprisoned (or as you suggest, possibly worse).

If I caught some guy whacking off outside of one of my daughters' windows, he'd be a dead son of a bitch. I might not shove a tree branch up his ass, but he'd be dead. I'm willing to argue that in front of a jury.

Lots to tackle here...

yes, in a perfect world innocent until proven guilty...but if that was the case people wouldn't be held in jail before trial.... I'm one of those that usually says, "where there is smoke there is fire". I guess that is just the way it is nowadays.

I have ..I'm not even sure what to call it... a distaste for SC fans because of the whole whining about nat'l champs ... yada yada last year. You aren't. You are the AP #1. congrats. LSU is #1. We are all playing every year to be the BCS Nat'l champs... not the AP champs....

I would never sodomize someone I was trying to mess up. That is sick. I'd just be happy pounding my boot in his face... or something else. Yep... peeping tom on a little girl?!?! WTF. sick. I say he deserved it, well not death I suppose, but definitely getting his butt kicked. They obviously went a tad bit overboard. sodomy? seriously? ick.

I'm sure your daughters' would appreciate not getting to see you except on prison visits for the rest of their youth years, so that you can get your fix of redemption...

BuckStock, I figure my post is the one you are referencing in terms of being sensitive to USC posters. However, that is not my point. I believe you and I are in the same boat here actually. I would rather focus on the numerous lives that were ruined in this incident...the victim and the young men who threw away what we all have dreamed to have. The program itself, whether it is USC, tOSU, ND, scUM, or anyone else, is insignificant in my mind. I just hate to see people use a situation as allegedly tragic as this one to take cheap shots at a school which has zero control over these types of events. The focus should be on those involved.

I heard from a guy on another board that Hershel Dennis didn't practice today.. "team rules" I'd hate to start a rumour about a guy if it turns out to be a coincidence or something... Just an FYI. (and if this info has been posted already, I'm sorry for not reading all these pages.)

And, just that fast - an update: They said he was at the party where the girl was sexually assulted, he has not been named a suspect.

There is no information that Mr. Dennis was involved in any wrong doing
