Rocco finally hits a big putt!

Tiger was 10 shots better than Rocco on the back nine for the first four rounds but Rocco is beating him on the back today...so far.

rocco is one up with three holes left. i think he needs to play them 2 under to win. not an easy task. we haven't had to see this in awhile, but this is when tiger is really amazing. right when you think he's dead he really gets it going.

this has that US amateur from back in the day written all over it. granted, adam scott had a bigger lead at one point, but you just expect tiger to drop a bomb on one of these next two holes and just demoralize rocco. i hope it doesn't happen, but i'm sure it wouldn't surprise anyone.

I know they say never doubt Tiger...but I just don't feel that anymore...the big MO is in Rocco's advantage. Tiger can't hit fairways.

its not that bad. he hit 13, was chipping on 14, 15 was bad but he still had a very makable birdie putt and he just hit 17. 18 will be the big one especially if he needs an eagle.

Yep, hard to believe those last two missed putts by Tiger - so close.

I'm pulling for Rocco, though. Tiger has won many majors and he'll win more before he's through. This is most likely the best chance Mediate will ever have...besides, us middle aged guys gotta stick together. :wink2:
