Urban F. Meyer (Former OSU, CFB and NFL coach)

I tend to think it'll workout. Ryan Day has made our offense to another level and with UFM out of the way I tend to think we will be ultra aggressive. Also having coach Wilson is huge.
Didn't some "anonymous coach" in the B1G state something along the line of the worst thing to happen to OSU this season was Meyer's return? Now, obviously that's likely little more than sour grapes, but the fact that a/some coach(es) think/thought we are/were better off with Day at the helm. Now, is Day going to go 7-0 against TSUN, go 82-9 overall, and win the division every year for seven years like Meyer did? Nope. But I think the drop off will be minimal. The biggest concern to me right now is recruiting...

Recruiting, coaches who stay and who he replaces them with as he doesn't have Meyer's cache

He’ll go 96-10, and 8-0 against Michigan in 8 seasons.
