Someone needs to rade fucking Dabo's staff.. All of them.. They are the only Staff of that level not forced to deal with a shit ton of turnover like Bama and OSU. What could Meyer had done if he got his core staff to stay for years on end

I'd say take Venables, but they radio in plays in the NFL so he wouldn't be able to seal signs.

Urban is a talent maximizer - that’s the best thing he has going for him in the NFL. The talent disparity is much lower in the NFL (floor to ceiling), and maybe that’s part of key to being successful in the NFL - getting your borderline guys to play average, your average guys to play exceptional, and your top players to be the best in the league. He’s put a lot of players in the NFL so it’s fair to wonder what he could do with professionals once they are there.

I’ll be rooting for him and his staff. He brought us a lot of justice, a National Championship, enjoyment and he’s a Buckeye to the core. I love Urban for everything he’s done here, so now I feel obligated to follow any success he brings to Jacksonville.
