A historical moment for sure, but both sides were fielding "B" teams. I need some redemption when there's something at stake.

This. We were in great position to advance after winning the first game, until the Dutch scored that dreaded free-kick at the death in the 2nd game. We needed that final group stage game against Nigeria to go our way & he quickly ruined that with an idiotic elbow right at the start. I believe that was Brian McBride's last game in a U.S. jersey if memory serves me correct ?

Three minutes in & I'm pretty that goal kick is the first time they've gotten the ball past the midfield line. We should destroy them.

Utterly pathetic. How we let Belize score even one goal is preposterous. No idea what they were doing on that set piece, but that guy was completely unmarked. Shameful defending.
