His HS has 1000 students, so they'd play in a lower division. This article makes it sound like the school hasn't had many players go on to college aside from some preferred walk-ons.

So, he's basically an extreme longshot.

I, personally, am thrilled that they are brining him in. His taking a roster spot (until processed out) is just one less opportunity for tsun to field a competent opponent.

Let them be happy that they found their next Wilt (really?), while knowing that they’ve done nothing more than limit themselves in the long game.

It's a day later, and I still can't quit laughing at "The Next Wilton Speight".

Right?

I don’t know how they can say things like that without having fully come to terms that they are a second tier B1G team and trending in the wrong direction.

That said, as it stands now, don’t they have the second ranked class in the B1G? And even as I was copying those “third day potential” comments from *aize and Brew about their recruits, I knew that they still had a relatively decent class compared to the rest of the B1G...

I pray that Day and Co can continue to just walk away from the rest of the B1G teams based on the talent they are bringing in. They clearly are at the top of their game in terms of coaching up a group of kids, but it’s also a good feeling to be able to sit down to watch a game and know that for the most part you can just out athlete any team in the league.

It's always great when a commitment profile includes discussion on what positions he could potentially move to down the road. None-the-less, the Ministry of Excuses does their best to try to spritz some cologne on a manure pile.

Let's not forget that Troy Smith began his Ohio State career as a kick returner, then went on to win the Heisman at quarterback....

A lot has been made of Harbaugh’s “inability” to develop a star QB but at the end of the day he has chased good players and they have unwisely chosen to go elsewhere. Gotta think Josh Rosen, Jarrett Stidham, and Costello would choose the good guys if they could do it over again.

at least hes shown that he can chase good players (and miss)
