Wow, couple eye openers here. Obviously, home team SC feasting on whoever the BIG sent to the Rose...but surprised at how many top 5 teams the Sooner's have faced. Bama barely .500--and surprised at the Domers. tsun where they should be. I'm sure PSU would be here if not for the refs....from a reddit thread

Devin Smith was a second round draft pick. He signed a 4-year deal worth roughly $5.9 million. That's not busting out. That's getting paid.
Urban Meyer can sell a recruit on where his players are selected in the draft. What those players do after they get to the NFL is beyond Meyer's control.

Sooners probably logged a majority of those games in the 60s-80s when Nebraska and Texas were also powers. I'm sure a number of those were 2000s matchups against Texas, as well. Plus bowl games.

Nebraska and Texas (who also made the list with 30 and 34 top 5 meetings) helped out.
On this list, wouldn't Michigan State and Oregon be tied for fourth most underrated?

Kind of hope they stick Louisville into the orange bowl instead of FSU but doubt it.
scUM still cant defend the read option efficiently Lamar Jackson woud run wild on them. Though the rest of Louisville is garbage so scUM would probably still win the game.
