Serious question from mgoblog's mailbag column...
I'm wondering why no one has commented on Harbaugh's headphones at Ohio. He went from the traditional tight fitting pair to a looser, more relaxed look. It was actually quite an upgrade (to go with the Malcolm X glasses), and a brilliant fashion statement from the most GQ coach ever to stomp around like a raving maniac on the sidelines. Will this be the new look?

We do NOT want him to leave voluntarily.

We want him to get himself fired (patience) so they are stuck with another payout.
I remember a post in the playoff title game thread where someone said that Oregon fans just knew that it was likely their only chance in eons to win a national title since Kelly was gone (and of course they lost to us). Getting a similar vibe in that this past game was likely Hairbarf's best real chance at winning The Game, with a team heavily-laden with seniors against the youngest team in the country in terms of starting experience. With our returning the majority of our starters, especially on offense, he just may have had his last grasp at the brass ring. Another ass-whupping in Ann Arwhore may just set the wheels in motion for him to leave...

I'd love for him to leave voluntarily. It'd solidify SCUM as a second-tier program and irrelevant on the national stage.
The only reason their relevant at all is because their coach is an attention whoring dingbat. Much like their Heisman Finalist, they're largely a product of hype. What have they done ON the field? Their best win under Harbrau is either a decent Wiscy team at home this year, or against an exceptionally average UF team in their Bowl last year. Maybe Colorado earlier this year, but they needed the CU Qb to get hurt to pull that out.

I guess they did thrash the Pedtards this year, but that Ped Aggy team didn't really take off until after they knocked us off at home.

The rest:
Utah- L
Sparty '15- L
tOSU '15- L

Iowa '16- L
tOSU '16- L

They rode a cupcake schedule in '15 to 10 wins, and another favorable schedule (CU, Pedtards, and Wiscy at home) to a fast start this year.

At the risk of showing that fucking whack job any credit, they did beat some really good teams, and like it or not, they flat out outplayed us for 3+ quarters on our field. They are a legit top-10 team. That said, that was essentially because they had an extremely experienced team, and as I've posted earlier, I think they've shot their wad in relation to their chance of finally beating us while we're not under an interim head coach.
