I guess I'm misremembering the universal acclaim that Rodriguez's hiring was greeted with among the DFBIA.

now they are all rational people who knew it was a bad hire from the beginning huh?

and then these same rational people who understood the situation knew of course that Hoke was going to struggle to rebuild a roster full of slot dots into what he envisioned a B1G roster to look like

Arrogance and self delusion make a mind numbing mixture.

To go even further.....Once they realized that Hoke sucked and they needed ammo against him, the line "He won with RR's recruits" was invented. These recruits that you all of a sudden knew back when RR was hired were going to suck?

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but I found the linked data to be interesting...

College football: Schools with the most players in the NFL

Not surprisingly, tOSU is near the top (4th) with 39.

So is Michigan 2nd in the B1G? No, that would be PSU with 29.
3rd? No, that would be MSU with 27.
4th or 5th? No, that would be Neb and Wisky with 25.
6th? No, that would be Iowa with 21.
7th or 8th? Yes, tied with Rutgers with 17 (same number as UC:hoke:)

wait, somethings wrong here

That list says Stanford has 28 guys in the NFL. The tsun twitter account credits Harbaugh with putting 60 guys in the NFL.

Surely the Harvard of the West wouldn't just go make shit up like that would they? The NCAA obviously forgot to count half the guys he put in the league.

Well, since they are now claiming haloti ngata as part of their "Polynesian pipeline", there need to be further alterations made.
