It definitely has that feel, but I suspect the results will be at least a little different.
The kind of Stanford Football™ he used out West is the bread and butter of Big10. Unlike RR's wtf 335 being coached by 43 DCs while they refused to let him hire his 335 guy (now reunited at Arizona). With a talent advantage, almost anyone could succeed with that formula in conference... anything less than 9 wins every year will be a monumental failure.
I don't think they'll sniff playoffs or NC trophies though.
