Hell, the way the NFL sees it he has successfully plead two felonies down already in his college career.

Pete Carroll is as big a scumbag as there is in sports. The ultimate "win at all costs" coach. We all laugh at Jimbo Fisher, but this guy left USC a smoldering heap, has had some mighty questionable things going on already in Seattle (PED's, etc), and now he drafts a common criminal in the 2nd round.

Plus he made me root for the fucking Patriots in the SB this year. THE PATRIOTS. Fuck him forever.

Let's not act like the college game is run tighter... If you even look at most of the top teams, unfortunately many of them have a number of arrests associated. Kids in college towns rule the town and they know it. By the time their NFL eligible their egos are the size of China!

They also picked up Rod Smith, and not to hate on a former Buckeye, but Carroll's philosophy is clearly to pick up character issue guys at a bargain and hope for the best.

Yeah, a bargain is one thing, but giving this creep (Clark) 2nd round money...fuck them. Teams take risks on UFA's all the time, not many spend a high pick on one. Especially women beaters in today's Ray Rice/Greg Hardy environment. Most everybody thought Clark would be a UFA following his interview where all he did was deflect responsibility. I almost guarantee he'll be in trouble again based on his attitude toward the whole situation. He's a piece of shit.

So, uh, The Beav is done at scout. :ohno: Apparently, they didn't offer to extend his contract. Can't imagine why.

Just wanted to let you all know that my 2 year employee contract with Scout.com ends today.

I've asked them over the past couple months to extend the contract, or to discuss/offer another one, however you want to say it. But no offer, or discussion of one, happened.

So that's that.

It's an abrupt way to end 13 years - but thanks for you hard earned support of GBW and of TJB.

One oddity...Sam Webb then posted that he did make Beav and offer, which he turned down. Oh the drama!
