ttun Shenanigans and Arguments (2015 official thread)

Like @Jaxbuck said, it depends on what their definition of success is. He absolutely screwed up last year at San Fran, but he had immediate success there before the wheels fell off, and he did see some form of success at Stanford as well. But he has very little to work with right now at scUM and is in region with little talent and its going to be more difficult to recruit to Ann Arbor than Palo Alto. Yeah that hard nosed get in your face style works for only so long until a parent gets pissed and the avalanche starts for Harbaugh and he's on to the next job.

If he isn't successful out of the box expect more BS..he made a lot of the calls early on personell and it bit him in the ass last year...I'll say the Ditka, Haraubgh and Knight style doesn't work with today's players..,it will provide a lot of entertainment...

That leaves a pretty big hole in the O line though and they were already pretty inexperienced

It was not secret Miller wanted to leave the team last season but was talked into staying on. They guy knows he isn't going to go pro and wants to focus on his academics and his future. Can't fault him for that. Good luck to him.

True.....early reports from spring practice are saying Glasgow is separating himself from the pack for center. Time will tell.

Glasgow also in court today for Probation Violation, so time will tell on that as well.

It will be interesting to see what the judge does: http://dui.drivinglaws.org/dui-probation-violation.htm
The Honorable Joseph F. Burke is a Michigan State Alum.

FWIW, this was last summer: "Burke sentenced Glasgow to probation, six days of community service and fines of nearly $800. He's forbidden to consume alcohol, required to attend alcohol education classes, speak to the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Victim Impact Panel and submit to random drug and alcohol tests. Glasgow, who could have faced a penalty of up to 93 days in prison and a $350 fine, was represented by attorney John Shea."

Also another question: How tough will Harbaugh be on football players that run afoul of the law?
Needless to say a felony convictions don't seem to bother Hoke at all: Frank Clark's short history of crime is enough for Brady Hoke to have already dismissed him. Why did he wait?

I posed the question of why Glasgow would be in court today on a UM fan page and got this quick and creepy response:

Based on Judge JOSEPH F. BURKE public docket for 3/16/2015, Glasgow was not in court today or scheduled to be in court through the end of March.
