you guys do realize that if you just promote this guy to coach, you can't go out and hire a new DC without getting rid of someone currently on staff right?

To be fair, he did supposedly have some college coaching experience with Citadel (D-line) and Lafayette (secondary) before Paramus.

Yes that's why as of right now he has been promoted for the bowl game. There are a few position coaches that have other opportunities. Also we have 2 coaches doing DB'S. It will all be sorted out after bowl season. But as of right now he fills a "coaching" position and he is able go out and recruit.
