It comes off as kind of pitiful to me when he can't enjoy his win over a top 10 program without making pointed jabs against Michigan. This article makes me realize how nervous MD is that he won't be able to maintain state dominance for long...

It's important the he capitalizes now, because he realizes he is in a tenuous situation. They need big recruits this year - and for the most part they're getting them. He knows that an intelligent recruit will choose Michigan every time.

If Hart was on fire dantonio wouldn't stop to piss on him. He's never gotten over that comment. He'll always remind me of a little girl whining because her big bro is pulling her doll's hair.

Michigan fans loved that Hart comment when he made it. Now they blow out birthday candles hoping MD will forget it. Pathetic.

Interesting. Because, for quite a while now, when I think of tsun & Sparty, I'm inclined to visualize a somewhat different sibling relationship.

I DVR'ed that game and watched a bit. Oregon State was moving the ball in the first quarter and scored a touchdown. On the next Michigan drive, they turn it over and Oregon State recovered in the redzone and it was looking like a 14-0 lead for Oregon. Then Oregon State's freshman QB fumbled the ball back to Michigan and it started going downhill from there.

Michigan was this close to being down 14 in the first against Oregon State. In the end, Michigan would have won anyway, but Oregon State is a terrible team this year.

So, my teenage daughter, the one I mentioned earlier who asked me not to push a TTUN fan into Niagara Falls, is 15 yrs old. She has an "admirer" who is 22. She doesn't take this very seriously, but of course, I do. I recently chased him off my property and called the police. Two officers responded. While discussing how best to handle things, one of the officers, noting my state of mind, said to me, "We don't want to find you digging a grave in the backyard."

"Oh, no," said my daughter, "that's just for Michigan fans."

This made the officers laugh. They did not check the back yard.

Actually it sounds like it might be time to invite her erstwhile suitor on a little sight seeing trip up to Niagara Falls. Get to know each other and such.

They can't blame you should he slip and fall in such a wet and slippery place.
