I think they've just collectively gone into shock, curled up in the fetal position and are simply waiting to die.

They've clearly quit (or are so incompetent that they think this is the best strategy).

Klimt Kingsbury coached: Johnny Manziel(1st round pick), Davis Webb(3rd round pick) and Patrick Mahomes(1st round pick and arguably the best QB in the NFL). Who has Hairball coached to any type of collegiate success, or any draft picks in even the 1st 5 rounds? Not the same. Kingsbury showed he could develop offensive talent at the very least, Hairball has not. But nice try

No one at Michigan, but NFL owners will still see Luck, Kaepernick, two NFL division titles, and a Super Bowl appearance.

Kingsbury never finished above a tie for 5th in the Big 12. He never never had a winning record in conference, never finished with fewer than 5 losses, and only twice had fewer than 7. He's had more losing seasons in 7 years as a head coach than Harbaugh has had in 16. Like it or not, Harbaughs resume As a head coach is better than Kingsburys. Never underestimate the NFL's willingness to recycle mediocre white coaches.

Lol on the last sentence, and agreed.
But also never underestimate NFL owners going after coaches with pedigrees of developing QBs.
I just dont see an NFL owner still seeing Luck and Kapenick over Patterson, Ruddock, etc. Especially if he lasts multiple years at scUM with no B1G titles or CFP appearances but time will tell

I’ve seen 2 pages on Harbaugh as an NFL coach, and I think the biggest missing piece is how quickly the guy burns out everyone around him.

He comes in like a house on fire, shows initial results, but after 3-4 years, people hate being around him. It happened at Stanford, then the Niners, and now Michigan. The brass there does not like him....they’re putting up with him.

I don’t believe there is any NFL interest....at all. In a league where the head coach needs respect of players, Harbaugh isn’t getting that.

I don’t know what the future holds at Michigan, but he’s nit getting another NFL job anytime soon.
