You keep saying this, and yet you keep citing to just that one mock. There are several that don't have him going in the first round:

1. http://www.draftexpress.com/nba-mock-draft/2013/ (#53 overall--barely makes it into the bottom of the second round)
2. http://www.cbssports.com/nba/draft/mock-draft (#47 overall--halfway down the second round)
3. Chad Ford at espn.com only has his first round up, and Hardaway's not in it.

Look, maybe he'll go in the first round. But judging by the above, the proposition that Hardaway may go in the second (and late in the second) isn't as ridiculous as you seem to think it is.
I did not think it was ridiculous but you are correct I was just going by one mock draft because I did not feel like going out and searching for other mock drafts. Anyways, it looks like he will not be going in the first or second round.

FIFY

Robinson is in federal prison in Louisiana after being convicted of bank bribery, wire fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud. He was sentenced to 78 months in 2011.

If you're talking about Michigan felons, you're going to have to be more specific, because Brady Hoke has one as a returning starter on his defense right now.
