Same as last year. This bet will remain open until the start of their season. Here's their schedule:

If they make a bowl game, it doesn't matter here. This will be settled after The Game.

Sep 04 - UConn
Sep 11 - at ND
Sep 18 - UMass
Sep 25 - Bowling Green
Oct 02 - at Indiana
Oct 09 - Sparty
Oct 16 - Iowa
Oct 23 - bye (this means they're off, not that RichRod will be fired that week)
Oct 30 - at PSU
Nov 06 - Illinois
Nov 13 - at Purdue
Nov 20 - Wiscy
Nov 27 - at the 'Shoe

For those preferring an over/under, I'll try to set up a couple of those for a large number of teams in August.

Pretty sure that they'll win against UMass, BG, Indiana.
Pretty sure that they'll lose against ND, PSU, Iowa, Wisconsin, OSU.
Toss-ups: UConn, MSU, Illinois, Purdue

Assuming they split the toss-ups, that's still a 5-7 record.

100% agree.

I chuckled a little at this thread's title. "...regular season wins" seems a bit redundant. I doubt tSUN's not gonna make a bowl. I can hear the torches being lit now...after an opening game loss to UConn, there's gonna be a witch-hunt in Ann Arbor.

At best they will go 7-5

I think they will finish 5-7 or 4-8. They could improve 100% in the conference this year compared to last year. The only problem......they only won one game last year.:tongue2:

This is a diffcult question... To me I think the MSU game in particular will tell us alot about this team and is imo the most important game of the season/RR tenure. You can't lose to Sparty 3 years in a row, there is no excuse. A loss to sparty and all hell breaks loose up in Ann Arbor, with that said im thinking 7or8 based on everything I have heard this spring. I won't be surprised if i am wrong though.

I tend to agree with you. If you guys can somehow get through UConn and ND with at least 1 win, then the shit storm will start with a third consecutive loss to MSU. After that it could get really ugly. I still have serious doubts about you guys beating UConn. If you do struggle and/or lose against UConn, then just advance that shit storm by a few weeks.

UConn will be a very tough opener for them. UConn's weakness is the secondary. And UM's secondary is a weakness. UConn has a lot coming back on offense including QB Zach Frazier.
Look for a high scoring game. :tongue2:

If scUM's defense is hit by injures they could have another rough season. They play all 3 top Big Ten teams. Ouch!
They should be better on offense.
Lots of high scoring games.
