Neighbor to the north of me lost the top of his mango tree which is laying in my yard. Neighbor behind me has a fence panel blown out. My rubber tree (that I want to get rid of any way) in the back yard has lost about 40% of its branches so far.

Winds are anywhere from 25mph to 75mph right now. Had 3 tornado warnings in the past hour.

This is getting interesting.

Alright, up to about 60mph winds. The fucking thing is moving straight north right now, which puts the eastern eye wall roughly right over my house. I'm really not enjoying the noises the wind is making now, so I hope I manage to be asleep when the 80+ winds hit (I will sleep through it as long as I get to sleep).

Thankfully looks like little to no damage in my immediate area. Still getting a few good gusts on the back side of the system, but things seem to be slowly returning to normal. Didn't lose power at all overnight, which was nice, despite the AC being broken already. Just waiting for the curfew to be lifted to head out for the post-storm meal at Waffle House down the street. :lol:
