Factually they have colleges that have created Cat 5 hurricanes in labs... and recent series on Chernobyl documents how in 1986 Russia generated huge storms that flooded 4000 sq miles to take radiation out of the air before it hit Russia... and left a chunk of Belarus as decades of wasteland.. so if this could be done 38 yrs ago on landlocked territory.. imagine what can be done today in a perfect petri dish called the Gulf

There are at least 7 US states right now that are seeding clouds for rain and snow..

To be clear.....this Cat 5 that was "created in a lab" is just fans in a big room. It's not like they generated what you see on radar with any capability of setting it loose after creation.....which is what the idiots think of when they hear "created in a lab". Maybe these people on FB posting nonsense fear mongering propaganda should direct that type of energy at understanding and curbing climate change....something that is actually real.

Don't put words in my mouth... I never said created one... but to easily dismiss that the ability to do so is a possibility?

and climate change.. if that means carbon dioxide .. CO2 represents .04% of the atmosphere
I cannot come to grips that anything representing less than a half percent is altering this earth
especially since anything green needs CO2 to exist... and if we fall below .02% life on the planet stops

climate change means it's getting warmer because of the shit humans are doing to the planet. when the planet gets warmer, that includes the water. guess what warmer water creates.

planet been changing temps for 4 billion years without us...
all we hear is carbon neutral.. and the total CO2 represents .04% so that ain't it
we know black absorbs heat yet most of the roads and roofs on the planet are black
we have surveyed 5% of the entire ocean bottom which represents 70% of the globe
immense heat comes geothermally and via air vents in the oceans...
12,000 years ago half the planet was under miles of ice... humans were not part of the equation
and the earth warmed up all by itself and Fred Flintstone wasn't burning oil and gas that did it

so why is there so much focus on the miniscule amounts that can be totally attributable to human activity?
tells me some demonic folks have ulterior agendas to implement control or wants to change the money stream

I'm paying attention but what I'm pretty sure of... anything representing .04% of our atmosphere is not the target
