My sister and her husband and two nieces are in Orlando with no car and their rescheduled flight out on Wednesday AM just got cancelled. No rental cars available so they are stuck. Looks like they are riding it out at Disney. Apparently Disney has all their power lines buried so they shouldn't be losing power. At least they aren't on the coast, I guess?

depends where the power to Disney is coming from.
Disney itself's power infrastructure may not take any damage, but if the main substations that feed the area go down, then so will Disney (going to assume Disney has at least a couple generators laying around though.

Strong Cat 1 / Cat 2 won't be fun by any stretch, but trust me, they are way better than a 3 (and from what I saw when I returned after Ida, you don't want them to see a 4+).
