I think CJ has a much higher ceiling than JT. It's just that he's currently so much further from it that makes it frustrating to watch.

Does he though? He has the arm strength but his IQ seems to be very far behind JT which makes it harder to reach that ceiling.

Sadly Urban seems to be all in on making Cardale work. I have no idea why.

It's because an improved Cardale makes it incredibly difficult to stop OSU. His arm and size make it really difficult to defend throws and bring him down in the pocket or in the open field.

But the key word is improved. Still turning it over and throwing off his back foot 4 games in.
