The only reason CJ is starting is to throw the long ball and he keeps underthrowing them badly.

I disagree. I think he's there in large part because the receivers aren't getting a lot of separation in the intermediate game and he can force it into the tight window better.

I think the play calling has been much better this game. It's actually highlighted specifically what isn't working because of execution and why.

You can't blame the poor productivity on the WRs or the OL. Jones is just not gelling yet, and it is making him indecisive about his throws.
