They could be saying the same thing but we were playing Navy, they were playing William and Mary.
There is a significant difference.

And on Saturday we'll be playing Virginia Tech, not Navy.
I didn't compare W&M and Navy at any point.
I don't think Sandusky likes it though. Not a huge peach guy I hear. Too much fuzz.Peachy Paterno is the greatest ice cream flavor known to man. FAX!

And for all we know right now, Navy might be better than Virginia Tech this year. And on Saturday we'll be playing Virginia Tech, not Navy.
Or NOT.And for all we know right now, Navy might be better than Virginia Tech this year.

On NCAA tOSU never gave up 370 yds rushing to Navy either maybe NCAA had a better game plan,The only way to settle this is to simulate 100 games of Navy vs VT on NCAA
The perception that Navy beat/pushed/dominated the buckeyes d line or o line is not something I share. Navy's d line was very quick and they did a great job of getting off of their blockers. When the Buckeyes finally went back to running between the tackles that advantage disappeared. Navy did an excellent job of cut blocking on the defensive ends and the linebackers and corners did not close on the option pitch even late in the game.My perception is that if a service academy is able to slap our OLine around, VTech will have an easier time of doing it. Usually the lines are a weak point for the academies, the triple option helps with that on offense... but ffs, they're playing DLs who are the same size as our LBs (though their NT was a pretty big dude). So I think I'm warranted to be concerned about how our OLine will deal with a better DLine.
If they can exploit the OLine and take away the screen game, that puts the offense in a lot of trouble. That's all I'm saying.
.
They couldn't because they were also cut down too. It's not that they were just too undisciplined or slow but rather they just couldn't stay on their feet. Navy isn't Army or Air Force...they are a solid team despite being a service academy. VaTech is a shadow of its old self....Or NOT.
