Remember when some people were panicking that we were going to fall behind Michigan in recruiting and finish outside of the top 10? That's not aging well.

Looks like USC is throwing a bag swing at KDW. They can sell a easier path to early playing time too. I guess if there's one position it doesn't hurt to get poached on its WR but still stinks.

I'm sure they are and you get concerned any time that happens, especially with the home team throwing the bag. I'm not so sure USC is really the fast lane to playing time for KDW over us. Yeah we've recruited week but he'll walk in the door with some mix of top WRs going pro and the inevitable transfer(s) for those players that can read between the lines at the end of spring ball. At worst he probably sees the field with only 1 year of Smith left (or none), same goes for Innis, and who knows on Tate. Then you have potential transfers or guys that a player like KDW should compete with or pass on the depth chart. Staying home could win the day, but I don't see competing for PT in his first year or two being an issue.
