2025 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Per 11w poster:

Talyn Taylor is ours if we want him. ND insider says it's "ND vs Georgia... unless Ohio State decides to push for him."

Phillip Bell is similar, "he's USC's to lose... unless Ohio State decides to push for him."

Daylan McCutcheon straight up told Garrick Hodge that we're at the top for him.

Pretty incredible that all three are being recruited as WR1s at other schools, yet are willing to wait for a WR3 or WR4 spot to open up here.

When you see something this, I think it shows how incredible of a job Hartline is doing. And how few teams are able to capitalize on a position group in the same way. OSU has essentially held up the WR commitments based on who will commit to them first.
The smartest decision made in this cycle was De'Zie Jones committing early and getting his spot in the '25 class

103. Mariyon Dye
120. Justin Hill (up 73 spots!)
123. Bo Jackson (down 38 spots)
148. Maxwell Roy
160. Nate Roberts
182. Cody Haddad (new to the 250, might be a sneaky good pickup)
198. Eli Lee (also new to the 250)

Powerful lineup, RB. Hope most all pan out, and they're wearing S&G come next fall. Get very contradicting opinions on WRs, with Ffrench, and Dakorien. One day, they're Texas leans, and the next, tOSU is ascending to top spot. Kinda feel like a ping pong ball here. Personal feeling is that they don't want to go to same school, and a Lambo is making more difference than it probably should. Not certain who said, but if that's their deciding factor, probably not tOSU material. Go Bucks!
