Let's see who the 4th guy is.
He will almost certainly come thru the portal. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

If you look at Tshabola and Fitzpatrick as the first option Tackles for this class (they weren't but lets just pretend they were) then Henry is the 3rd OT and the development project.
If you land a Green/Hinzman as the first choice interior guy then it doesn't look awful.

I’m not going to welcome a guy just because he’s carrying a 12-pack of Dr. Pepper. He will almost certainly come thru the portal. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)
He also just made a massive leap in 247's newest rankings. They have him as the 37th best player in the country and the fifth ranked tackle. Composite is now 112th overall, 10th rated tackle.Tegra was one of, if not the first, the very first offers for the class of 22. Kind of hard to say he wasn’t a first option.

Until Goodwin removed himself from the A list possibly?Rice and Goodwin were clearly plan A.

Disagree.
They didn’t offer either of those guys until Tegra was already in the class. Zach reported his offer on 4/29. Goodwin wasn’t offered until August. Heck, even Blake Miller wasn’t offered until Tegra was in the class. They offered him the day after Tegra committed.
Tyreke SmithLittle different track record there
