once the class is finalized would be interesting to see Day’s first full class compared to Lincoln Riley’sI don't know where we will end up with this class, but the way things are trending one would be hard pressed to find a first year coach who has EVER put together a class like this.
We are looking at a rookie head coach who could land 12 or 13 top 100 players.
JT had 4 his first year and 6 in the vaunted 2002 class - and he was an experienced HC.
Urban had 5 his first year here and 10 in 2013 - and he was a HOF coach coming in.
I am not just talking OSU - I can't imagine any program with a coach who has never been a full time HC performing as Day is doing.
Tribute to Ryan, tribute to the program and tribute to the seamless transition that brought him on board.

OU had 2 top 100 players in 2017, 5 in 2018 and they are sitting on 4 right now for 2019.
So he could easily top Day's crop in 2019 - if you count all three years.
IF, Elias Ricks flips, he will be the fifth 5 star in the class.
