2018 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

Ideally I would like to see 2 OTs, 2 interior guys, the JUCO stud OT and the 'athlete' Lineman Mathew Jones who the staff projects at the OL but had potential for either side.
Always be wary of a guy who replies to himself. Having said that, an O Line wishlist update.

OT- Carman
OT- Wray
OT- The stud JUCO guy Traore or Duncan

That's my realistic dream 3 OTs for the class.

Then add Juice and Kradel as interior guys and Matt Jones as a "Lineman Athlete"

I'd love to see that.

I would love to see that play out. Carman and Wray would be the definition of bookend tackles, it would be huge to get that pair. As a third OT, I also really like William Barnes (fresh off an OSU visit) and Petit-Frere out of Florida...not sure we have great odds there though. A JUCO OT would be great if they are ready to play immediately, I definitely can see a big void being left by Jamarco Jones leaving and it is a great unknown if Pridgeon or Prince can step up at LT, and I see Josh Myers as a RT or interior lineman, at least to start.

2017:
LT: Jones, Alabi
LG: Jordan, Myers
C: Price, Burrell
RG: Burrell, Knox
RT: Prince, Pridgeon

2018:
LT: Prince, Alabi
LG: Jordan, Myers
C: Burrell, Taylor
RG: Davis, Knox
RT: Pridgeon, Bowen

2019:
LT: Jordan, Alabi
LG: Myers, Munford
C: Burrell, Wohlabaugh
RG: Davis
RT: Bowen, Cupp

Through 2019, the starters look decent on paper. The issue is not having the quality depth to drive up competition. If we could somehow pull off 3 top OT prospects and 2 good interior OL prospects this cycle, it will be a big step in the right direction.
