Honestly, Decker hasn't had a great year thus far. I think people assumed since he was the lone returnee from last year's great O Line, that he would be great. Truthfully I've seen more blown blocks (minus the interior line against VT) and false starts from him this year than anyone else.

Tom Herman didn't fail to get any push at the LOS. I don't mind the playcalling one bit. This team should be able to run up the middle at that spot on the field regardless of whether the other team knows it's coming or not. Challenge this O-line. Unfortunately, they didn't step up there.

It was a chance for the offensive line to show that they had reached a higher standard. It was not realized.

Herman being Herman...

The inside run sets up the pass and the perimeter, therefore you MUST run it up the middle successfully BEFORE you do anything else. I hate this, adapt your game plan. You don't have to run it up the middle when they are already selling out against the run up the middle.
