Umm.... we struggled in the pass against the #25 national team passing efficency defense. Oh nooooo!
I'm sure Meyer walked into the team meeting and said, "hey guys despite being the #33 scoring defense, and #25 total defense - this is illinois and they are garbage because their name is illinois and they are 5-4" lol

Just pitiful. Why not hit him on a swing pass out of the backfield if you want him to get the ball instead of something stupid like that?

One thing that still concerns me is the continued telegraphing of bad plays to Braxton. For some reason they have no idea how to get him the ball in successful situations.

The problem is that Cardale struggled against an equally good defense last week yet people (not saying you) wanted JT. Now I think the offense looks slightly better, but it isn't by much imo.
