As long as special teams, TO's, etc. don't bite us in the butt,
The punt team still scares me. For whatever reason, there have been some close calls in terms of getting a punt blocked. If this thing turns into a Tresselball type game, this will be the most important unit in determining field position. This has been mentioned in past game threads, but when the Bucks force the opponent's offense to play on a long field, things usually go their way.
First down yardage on offense will be a big deal, too. If UW can get second and 4-6 type situations, their play-action and tight end stuff becomes that more effective. If Wisky runs the ball on first down, the Bucks need to stuff it. If they can get Tolzien into obvious passing downs, Heacock may be able to dial up some blitzes, and force Tolzien to make quick decisions, or at least have to throw on the run.
Offensively for the Bucks, like always, it'll come down to the O-line and TP. If they play well, we will all be very happy on Saturday.
Sorry, gang, but I see they type of game that we have all come to know and love with JT. "Every week in the Big 10 is a battle, especially when you're on the road. Their kids played hard, our kids fought like crazy..."
I expect to see a close one (again).
