The more I think about this game, given all of the upsets and general craziness over the past 12 hours here, the more I'm getting a bad vibe about this one....

Me too, though my bad vibe comes more from our struggles against Wisky. I wouldn't say they have our number, but I would say out of all the teams in the big10, they are the team that gives us the most troubles.

2001 H 20 - 17 Wisconsin
2002 A 19 - 14 Ohio State
2003 A 17 - 10 Wisconsin
2004 H 24 - 13 Wisconsin
2007 H 38 - 17 Ohio State
2008 A 20 - 17 Ohio State
2009 H 31 - 13 Ohio State

They are a tough place to play, and they play a physical style of football that can be trouble, but I am hoping for the best! If we can win this game, the only thing that could trip us up is Iowa.

I realize that there are some who feel a slight amount of trepidation with regards to playing in Camp Randall this weekend. Yes, Wisconsin has played us tough since Alvarez jumpstarted that program. However, this Wisconsin team is coached by Bret Bielema. This man has never beaten tOSU while he's been at the helm. The average scores of the three games under Bielema have been 30-16 Bucks. Just wanted to give a positive spin to the week.

Can I get a high five?

what scares me about this week, whoever we are playing, is the #1 ranking.

It's hard to tackle or block when you have your finger up in the sky and you're chanting "We're Number One!" and you're doing body building flexes at the sidelines.

This will be a tough game, and these are the weeks the coaches really earn their pay.

Focus, focus.

I say, Buckeyes 31, Wisky 16.

Good enough!

I don't think this team is the type to let the #1 ranking go to their heads. Hell, they have been riding #2 all year, what is the difference?

Night game in Madison. Yikes! Although, we are talking about a Brett Bulemia coached team.

Gonna be a close one, IMO.

24-17 Good guys.

Eh, I feel better about this matchup than the Miami matchup. We'll be ready, we're coming off a high, and we're getting healthier. I like our offense against their defense and I'm confident we'll stop their run. If we can limit their TE's, I think we win this by 2 touchdowns.

I actually think this was the best week mentally for us to go from #2 to #1. Wisconsin was going to be gunning for us anyway and I don't think it will help them emotionally (sky high is sky high). However, the coaches can use it as a greater reminder that we have to play our best or we could stumble like Alabama.

I've thought all year that this would be our most difficult test in 2010, and I still feel that way. Iowa will be tough, too, but I don't expect Wiscy to turn the ball over like Miami did. We're going to have to stop the run, force them to move the ball through the air, and establish our own running game if we're going to win in Madison under the lights. I think we will do just that.

The Clay/White tandem scares me a bit. This team can run the ball. But Ohio State does not give up a lot of rushing yards. Our redzone offense must click this weekend if we hope to make this a win going away. If Barclay goes for another field goal record, we will not win.
