The officials add bad rules every year, but never change the rules to compensate for the lack of encroachment calls. Fields clearly moved as a result of short crossing the neutral zone, yet 99% of the time they never penalize the defense.

the offensive player can't move an inch, but the defender can do anything short of ramming into the other player :shake:

not the reason they stalled, just a big pet peeve of mine.
