Infuriatingly arrogant remarks.
Stroud’s job is to win. He I’ll have to win a game with his legs.
Nebraska played well but apparently Day thinks OSU playing down to the competition is acceptable
If I didn’t know better, I would think Day & Stroud had money on a 3 pt win…..just kidding. But yuck! At the end

Totally agree... I thought the no champions last week would kick start the offense.

But that'll only happen if our play calling allows for it.

He ran the ball when it was called on option plays. Need to let go of the idea he's going to run a lot or win a game with his legs. Did Mac Jones or Burrow have to win games with their legs?

The problem with the offense isn't him not scrambling or running. It's the base run game and blocking.

The comment Day made about the call on the last drive bothers me. He said he thought they might have had something there had the strip not happened.

First of all, he was stripped. That is why you don’t throw there. So I don’t give a shit what might have opened up. Secondly, RUN THE BALL AND YOU HAVE THE VICTORY!!!! I can’t imagine what would have been opening up on that pass play that would have been more important. We playing Madden now or something?

I love Ryan Day as a coach, but man these last two weeks are hopefully learning experiences.

He ran when he should have pitched to TH in Q1…..no biggie but TH had lotsa green ahead

NU literally dared him to run in 2nd half. He refused.

Yea that's part of why you don't throw the ball there because Stroud (who is uncomfortable with pressure and on the move) could get sacked and fumble.

The biggest problem is that teams do not have to even plan for a Stroud run and they can focus on RB

This is the point I was trying to make in Strouds thread. You don’t need a running QB to win a championship, matter of fact I can’t think of the last DT QB to win an NC.
