They should be but the things you don't see that they do are invaluable in both the running and passing games. Not all contributions are on the stat sheet. They could split Ruckert out with no problem and still have the entire Offense to run but without that TE you don't have the options the position brings to the table. Regardless if the coaching are completely neglecting the position

Another missed opportunity for Frost and company. In an upset bid, the Huskers came up short. In the end, it stung the Nebraska fan based once again and there were some questionable late game decisions that could've turned the game into their favor.







Just sayin': It's easy to 2nd guess the coach when the field goal kicker misses; but going for the FGs were the right decisions. Corn needed to put points on the board. Going for it at 4th and 4 from the 13 and 27 were no sure things either.

Then SPLIT HIM OUT... I should restate.

It doesn't have to be 4 Wrs. It just has to be 4 wide.

Stop motioning Ruckert into the backfield because that shit is obvious.

Keep players out of the box will keep theirs out of the box.

We didn't miss any touchdowns. So yeah it's fair to point out that this is really a 3pt game and if not for a bad punt we don't get a touchdown.

Easily could have and maybe should have lost this game.

This really should be red alarms everywhere for the next 3 weeks.

Yeah that's worse because normally our TEs are already in the box and when we put Olave in the box that's literally 9 defenders there.

I'm going nuts watching this team go Wisconsin in the run game and then try to be Texas Tech 2008 in the pass game.

I hope Coach Day scrutinizes his own performance as well. He's the play caller, and some were questionable.

Not because they did or didn't work, but because of the game situation and the type of play called. He needs to help his players more than he did today.

I just give everything to Noah Ruggles and this defense. Sure the defense got caught 2 times today (which Barnes humbly took responsibility for) but all day they got after the QB and once again got 6+ sacks.

I wish we would realize we should never be in cover 1 but otherwise it's a win.

I think everyone here knows I'm absolutely up to here (motion to the neck) with our offense. So far this year when we play a good defense we just have no flow and absolutely zero confidence.

That really has to change now or we really won't win next week.
