Game Thread tOSU at Illinois, Nov 16, 12 ET, ESPN

Disagree with this. If Ohio State blows out Illinois then they can't justify moving Stanford ahead of the Buckeyes this week (if Stanford wins tonight). If Stanford beats USC then come Monday the Cardinal will be number 3. Hell, Ohio State may end up an undefeated 5 if Baylor keeps rolling. This game (all on the defense, by the way) will really ding Ohio State with the voters.

They hell they can't - after all, it's "only Illinois"....

BTW the offense looks completely out of sync and the defense would have issues covering anyone. This is not good.

Exactly. We've gone from people completely blocking out the notion that any undefeated Ohio State team would get left out of a nc game in any circumstances to a highly plausible scenario where an undefeated Ohio State team could have been left of a four team playoff.
