Ugggg. I do not like Christmas music in any form. Not to be a bah humbug, but it just does nothing but remind me of bad traffic and cold weather.

I hope you and yours all have a merry Christmas, but you can keep your music.

The good songs...well, the ones I prefer, make sitting in traffic bearable.

I love the cold weather so I don't know what to say about that other than fuck you. MERRY CHRISTMAS! :)

I can get with the Joan Jett. Saw her back in '88 or '89 and...awesome.

Saved the best for last. Sinatra's voice was completely gone, but he captured the spirit of Silent Night better as an old man than he ever did in his youth -- and much better than anyone else I've heard sing it.

Guess I have a thing for what happens to certain singer's voices as they age--the human version of fine wine. Frank, Leonard...and Johnny. Cash's late-in-life version of God's Gonna Cut You Down is one of those recordings that, if I listen to it once, will end up on a repeat loop about an hour before I can bring myself to turn it off.

My 5, no order:

I don't like every version of this song, didn't like Vince Gill's, this one is okay though

It's apparently hard to find the original 1958 song, when you search for this song it comes back with a newer version for some reason

Some honorable mentions that I also enjoy:

White Christmas (Although these days I prefer to visit the grandparents in Florida. Give me palm trees over Ohio snow any Christmas)
