Didn’t someone spend a bunch of money on his last game ball? Lol

also yeah, just go away.

The news also comes one day after a collector shelled out $518,000 for the ball used on Brady's last career touchdown pass to wide receiver Mike Evans, who excitedly tweeted, "LFG!" moments after Brady's announcement.

Tom Brady unretires: Is Tom Brady a free agent?
No, Brady is not a free agent. He is under contract with the Buccaneers for one more season. Brady is slated to make over $27.27 million this fall. His cap hit for the 2022 NFL season is $20,270,588, but carries a dead cap hit of $15 million. This means trading him is probably not a good option anyway. If Brady wanted to play this fall, it was only going to be for the Buccaneers.

It should be noted that his 2022 contract was seen as a placeholder year. This likely means Tampa Bay will do what it did last offseason and tack on an additional year to help make the numbers work in a hard salary cap.

I'm sure Gisele and Tom really need the money too.

Tom Brady back in the NFL: Winners & losers as QB ends brief retirement

Winners: Rob Gronkowski and the Bucs' receivers

Gronkowski has had early eyes on the Bills and Bengals to keep playing in search of another ring. Now he's likely back in the fold to play with his buddy Brady on the Buccaneers, should he not retire. Franchise-tagged wideout Chris Godwin and free-agent running back Leonard Fournette, a key outlet receiver last season, should also want to sign right back up to stay with the GOAT. Mike Evans can also continue to put up monster stats. Brady's return also might make center Ryan Jensen think about returning on a team-friendlier deal — important with guard Ali Marpet retiring.

Tom Brady to join Fox Sports on lucrative deal as lead NFL analyst when playing career ends

Tom Brady will join Fox Sports as its lead NFL analyst when his playing career ends.

Fox did not disclose terms of Brady's deal, but the New York Post reported that the seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback has agreed to a 10-year, $375 million contract -- the most lucrative in sports broadcasting history.

Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch announced the news Tuesday during a corporate investor call. Brady will call games alongside lead play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt and will work as an "ambassador" for Fox with a focus on "client and promotional initiatives."
