He was very complimentary of Ohio State and its basketball program along with its fans after yesterday's game.

"One hundred percent. The AD they've got, the facilities they've got. I don't think there's any question," Izzo said. "I think for the most part, Thad had it there, I really do. He played for some championships, he played in Final Fours. It was a tough go last year. Sometimes when you get caught, kids leaving early and the way things go, you take some kids you shouldn't have taken.

"I've done that, too, a few times in my career. When that happens, it destroys a lot of things.

"I thought he did a great job. And I think Chris, he left him something nice to work with, and I think he's done a good job carrying that.

"But Ohio State, are you kidding me? With the fanbase - we've proven you can have a good football team and good basketball team, and so has Ohio State. They've been a good basketball program. And I don't see any reason why they can't build on that even more."

It's ok cause shes a woman with short hair. We all know if it was a white male she would have been fired a long time ago

IDK about that but Nassar has been abusing women at MSU for over 20 years and she has been their president for about 15, she was in other leadership positions there before that. If there is no evidence to suggest she should be removed, fine, but don't assume damning stuff won't come out and pull an Izzo and say "I know what she stands for" without really knowing what happened.

Can we add Tinfoil Tom to the thread title?? He at one point accepts Nassar is guilty and then later starts acting like what Nassar did was just alleged and unproven. Izzo says "I hope the right person was convicted" as if there is some doubt when a over a hundred women accuse the same man.

Dear Tom Izzo, I'm sorry it's been a difficult week for you. Did you hear, Larry Nassar also said it was difficult. Since you "hope the right person was convicted" I wonder if you are a complete and total MORON or just a LIAR when you claim you listened to the impact statements.
