Cutting out what isn't essential and focusing on ridding UT of its sense of entitlement and instilling some toughness into the program might be a better approach. To the extent that Twitter is necessary for recruiting these days, get some grad assistant with lower IQ, higher EQ, and thicker skin than Mensa to ghost tweet.
